Commercial Laundry Sour 4 Gallon Case A heavy-duty, high potency, fast acting and easy to use oven and grill cleaner. Removes burnt on solids and grease. Fantastic for cleaning restaurant grills, ovens, and hoods. Also great for barbecue grills. Removes baked-on food & grease. Removes caked-on carbon deposits. Now works on hot surfaces - no waiting for cool down period. Will not leave white residue. For commercial use. pH 13.5 Ready to use. Specifications Remove excess alkali Neutralizes load and prevents yellowing A superior fabric sour that provides whiter whites and brighter colors. Use in final rinse. pH 2.1 Directions Intended for professional use only. Do not use this product in the same load as bleach. For normal souring, add 1-2 ounces of product per 50 pounds of linen into final rinse cycle. Safe to use in conjunction with softeners and starches. Check pH to insure that is between 6.0-7.0. For reclaiming discolored linens disconnect all dispensing equipment to be sure that the sour is not mixed with other chemicals. Add 8-16 ounces of product per 50 pounds of linens into a hot water cycle. Allow to agitate for at least 15 minutes. Allow machine to complete the remainder of the wash cycle to provide ample rinsing of linens. Check pH of finished linens. If pH is lower than 6.0, rinse the linens again or until the final pH is above 6.0. When finished, re-connect dispensing equipment. Consult your service technician for exact usage. Return Policies When we receive your return, a refund will be issued to you minus the 15% restocking fee. Defective equipment is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Unless an item is returned for defect, all items must be returned in original unused condition with original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply to returns as well as a deduction for our cost in shipping the item to you. Within 14 days from shipment date, you may return any unopened product in original unused condition with original packaging. Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred to return the item to us. Defective Items: Eligible* defective products may be returned for an exchange within 14 days from the date your product was received. Defective products must be returned in the original packaging with all original contents. Product must be returned no later than 7 days from the receipt of your return authorization number. Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred to return the item to us. We do not accept open box, non-defective item returns. *Most items originally thought to be defective turn out to be a result of user error or compatibility issues. If you believe you may have received a defective item, we encourage you to contact us and see if the issue you are experiencing can be resolved without return and replacement.
